Lyndsey Magliaro, a Senior Associate, has acted for a wide range of public and private sector clients through corporate and real estate acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, contract negotiations and reorganizations. She has developed a specialized practice in commercial transactions, overseeing all aspects of a deal and going the extra mile to ensure timely completion of deliverables. As a result of her transactional skills, Lyndsey is known as the “Deal Closer” at Pearsall Marshall LLP.

Lyndsey received her Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor in Political Science in 2011. Lyndsey went on to complete her first year of law school at the University of Ottawa before moving to her hometown of Windsor to complete her law degree, and obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2014. Lyndsey was called to the bar in 2015 and spent the first seven years of her legal career practicing in Windsor, Ontario, developing her skills as a corporate lawyer at a boutique business law firm. Lyndsey joined Pearsall Marshall LLP at the onset of 2023.

Community Involvement

Lyndsey is a committee member of the Royal Ball Since the onset of 2025, which is an annual fundraiser organized in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. From 2022-2025 Lyndsey has volunteered for the Tecumseh Minor Baseball association as T-ball coach.
